Kelly is a seasoned health information professional specializing in revenue cycle management, artificial technology and product design, management and strategy. She is passionate about bringing those three aspects together to help be a catalyst for change in reducing the administrative burden in health care. She has over 20 years in the field including publishing multiple books and articles as well as speaking at the national level. Kelly is an active member of AHIMA having served many volunteer roles at the national, state and regional levels. She is a master’s educated RHIT who is also credentialed in medical coding and product management.
